RED  PEPPER  SHRIMP  DIP

This is another recipe ideal for your smaller shrimp.  If you don't have a food processor, use pulse on your blender or even a good mashing with a fork works too!
6  ounces cooked shrimp, shelled
1  12 ounce jar roasted red peppers, drained
4  ounce cream cheese, softened
1  tablespoon minced garlic
2  teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1  teaspoon salt
 
Combine all ingredients in a small food processor
 
Yield: 2 cups
